This Week in Brexitland Extra: The Retained EU Law Bill in detail and what you need to be worried about

This is the first in what I expect to be a long running series on EU derived regulation and what the current government is threatening to do via their Retained EU Law Bill - and most importantly, how it might directly affect your life. Everyone is worried about losing their rights and I don’t blame you if you are - you should be worried. This is a complex area to talk about and that is at the core of my fear about what could be lost. It would be terrifyingly easy for important bits of legislation to disappear simply via incompetence or the clock running out, given there is a sunset clause attached to all of this. In other words, you could lose your rights by accident. I will try and talk you through it all now.
