As I’ve mentioned in several places already, the Retained EU Law Bill is extremely dangerous. It threatens to blow holes in UK law, with the results being highly unpredictable. However, if I absolutely had to help the Brexiters in their quest for “Brexit benefits”, I could tell them where best to search. There are two areas that, by far, offer the government the greatest chance of gaining something from Brexit. I will explain them in detail as I go on here. However, something else to note, before we get started. These two areas are also minefields, so much so that the government should tread lightly given the inherent danger involved in meddling with them unnecessarily - if they should go here at all given the peril involved.
